Every October,  the Species Unite Vegan Challenge sees people ditch the animal products in favor of plant-based foods for 30 days. 

The Challenge hopes to encourage people to try out a vegan diet themselves to see how tasty and exciting it can be, all while helping to save animals and reduce environmental impact.

As well as free emails packed with vegan recipes, inspiration, and support, those who take part in the Species Unite Vegan Challenge are also entered into a raffle for a chance to win one of four pairs of Apple AirPods and a Vitamin 5200!

To kick things off, here are five delicious vegan recipes to inspire you to take the challenge:
